More than 5,200 of Missouri’s brightest future business leaders gathered in Springfield from April 13–15 for the 2025 Missouri Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). This annual event brought together student leaders, advisers, industry professionals, and volunteers for three days of dynamic learning, competition, and connection. Students who had advanced from their districts competed in over 70 different competitive events. Beyond competition, attendees engaged in immersive programming designed to develop their leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Cuba Elementary SRO, Corporal Warner, gave an informative presentation to first grade friends. He was able to show off his drone flying skills and answer numerous questions from curious minds. We appreciate his time and efforts to connect with students.

The BBQ is coming together!


Joined by more community supporters, run club/ Cuba cross country was represented at race to the rocker Saturday. Hallie Turnbough got 1st in her age group, and Coach Baughman got 3rd in her age group. Others represented at music stations and cheered runners on, including drill team and track!
