Meet Mr. Jingles. He stopped by the month of December to hang out with our elementary students and encourage them to make good choices. He was a busy little guy and kept us all on our toes with his holiday antics!
CMS students came together in a big way to support the Cuba Animal Shelter. We held a Pennies for the Pound drive this month. A competition was held between first hour classes. The class that collected the most cash was Ms. Bailey's science class! They will receive a class party in January. The students and staff brought in $1000.00 for the "furry residents" at the shelter!! What a great cause to get behind! Thank you to all the individuals who donated!
Ghage Ritchhart and Jaci Sanders joined the 100% ELA Evaluate Club this month! Way to go!
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Crawford County R-II Board of Education and Central Office!
Story Edgar and Nash Williamson earned 100% on their ELA Evaluate test in November. Ty Fleeman and Finn Randell earned 100% in December. Great job CMS students!
Coach Dace's PE classes enjoyed a morning at the bowling alley!
Congrats to Cierra Britton and Jesse Shireman on becoming this year FFA Barnwarming royalty!
We would like to give a heart felt thank you to the Masonic Home of Missouri and in particular Faye Howard for the donation to CHS to improve the Fine and Practical Arts department. The new kiln and banner machine are already being used by students!
