This year Dr. Davidson asked me to set up a once a month Food Truck Friday for the Faculty/Staff. This was a very popular day for the food trucks and teachers raved about getting to order from them. A variety of yummy food was sold on Food Truck Fridays. Pictured below are 2 of our regular monthly food trucks: KK's Yum Yum Kart and Ronni's Edible Cookie Dough. We were not able to get a picture of some of the other trucks but we have also enjoyed having Mama's Fried Food Truck, Arnolds BBQ & Cajun Cuisine, and Sugar High Baking Co.
