Mr. Okenfuss will be married to his wife Amanda for 11 years this upcoming fall. He has four children; Slade (3), Knox (6), Charlotte (8) and Brayden who just graduated from Hermann High School.
“Participating in athletics has played a large role in my life from youth and high school sports, playing college football, coaching high school football, umpiring high school baseball and softball, coaching my children's youth teams and now to this position at Cuba High School. I am excited to begin working with the students at CHS with the hopes of extending their educational experiences outside of the classroom in a way that only participation in school activities and athletics can provide.”

The Crawford County R-2 School District would like to introduce Mr. Michael Clutts, who will be the Principal at Cuba High School for the 2025-26 school year. The following is a message from Mr. Clutts.
Hello, my name is Michael (Mike) Clutts, and I am truly honored to join the staff at Cuba. I’m excited to become a part of this outstanding school community and to begin working alongside such dedicated educators, staff, students, and families.
My wife Tammy and I live in Rolla, and this June we are celebrating 31 wonderful years of marriage. I bring with me 17 years of experience in education, having served as a special education teacher, classroom teacher, administrator intern, and coach of several sports. No matter the role, one thing has remained constant throughout my journey—my passion for building strong relationships and supporting the success of every student.
I believe in creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture where all voices are heard and valued. My goal is to help ensure that every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
I look forward to getting to know each of you, learning about the rich traditions and strengths of our school, and working together to continue the great work already being done. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to listen, support, and grow alongside you as we guide our students toward success.
