At Cuba Elementary students have an opportunity to earn tickets throughout the building for Pawsitive Pal behavior. These tickets can be passed out by all elementary staff to any student. At the end of each month building admin draw 5 tickets from each grade level bucket. Prizes are often purchased through donations and small fundraisers like our recent $1 hat day. Here are a few of our September winners!
Cuba Elementary is excited to partner with local businesses to praise our little ones for excellent behavior. A big thank you to 🦉Wise Little Owls Preschool🦉 for their generous donation to help with students prizes for the month September. They were our very first local business.
If you would like to support our Pawsitive Pals, please reach out to our office for further details!

Did you know ice cream was around during the Revolutionary War?
Mrs. June Miller and her students got a taste of history today… with Parmesan ice cream! (Yes, you read that right—they gave it a try!)
Back in the 1700s, popular ice cream flavors included fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and apricot, plus classics like vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. But some flavors were a little unusual—like Parmesan, pistachio, rose, violet, and even oyster.
History never tasted so interesting!
