Important Dates:
New enrollments and registration will be Tuesday, August 6 through Friday, August 9 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the MS office. You will also be able to update student information for returning students, online through Lumens (our new student information system) starting Tuesday, August 6. Parents will receive an email and letter from Rachel Smith on how to set up your parent portal and make changes to your child's information. Open House is Thursday, August 15 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Plan to attend to meet the teachers/staff and to bring any community school supplies that were on your list to leave in the classroom.

Our students AND staff had a great time getting pied in the face!!! Students who sold 30 or more spices had the opportunity to pick a staff member they wanted to pie. We made such a mess, but it was sooo much fun!
Nine of our 11 perfect attendance students and a few staff members enjoyed an afternoon at Slick City. It was a blast!

Thanks to our rain dances, the Camp Mihaska trip is back on! We look forward to a fun day!
CMS students who sold spices were awarded with a a bowling excursion in the afternoon on May 14, 2023. 5th-8th grade students attended this trip-bowling, games and food were enjoyed by all of us. We had a great time and the kids were excellent!
The perfect attendance students are headed to Slick City Action Park! It's going to be fun!!

Happy Monday CMS parents. Just a note that our spices are ready to go! These will be given to the students tomorrow or you can come by the school to pick them up anytime during the day tomorrow until 5:00 pm. We ask that if your child has a larger order and they ride a bus that you pick them up from school. Thank you to all the students and parents who were able to support our fundraiser! This money goes to support all of the student and staff incentives, rewards, activities, and fieldtrips we do throughout the school year. We are grateful for a supportive community.

The 8th-grade students went on a walking field trip around Cuba to learn about the murals. It was a great day and a great experience for the kids.
